MICHELIN

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2: Ultimate Performance Tyres for Sports Cars

If you're after some killer performance tyres, the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 is worth a look. Built for high-performance sports cars and sedans, these tyres bring power and precision in spades.

  • Max power transfer: These bad boys make sure every bit of power hits the pavement.
  • Spot-on handling: They respond to your steering like a dream and stay solid under pressure.
  • Crazy good grip: Wet or dry, these tyres stick to the road like glue.
  • All-around performance: With a Formula 1 inspired design, they grip well even when reversing or taking tight corners.
  • Quick stops: Get safer, faster stops with a 3% shorter braking distance, from 80 to 10 km/h.

But it's not just about the power. The Pilot Sport PS2 is smart too. With an asymmetrical design, they give you a smoother ride and stand up to high speeds. Even the folks at Auto Bild, a top car mag, gave them a nod for top-notch handling and braking in all conditions.

Originally made for some of the fanciest sports cars out there, the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 offers killer dry road traction, reliable handling, and precision cornering. Whether you're tearing up the track or just cruising, these tyres have got your back.

The tyres are Porsche recommended for my car, so it was best to fit the correct tyre, as it would have had at factory. My car had covered only 6900 miles when I purchased it. The original tyres were on the car.

Really good gripping tyre well worth the extra pennies :)

Always a good idea to but the best tyres you can and these are great. Only downside is road noise which can get irritating at times

24.05.2013 from Roddie
Much more traction offered from these tyres than previous 255/40 R18 Michelin Pilot Sport 2 or the Pilot Sport 1. No feeling of poorer ride quality despite lower profile. An unexpected big jump in overall performance and the traction control light barely appears at all now- compared to all the time out of junctions with sharp left turns. Must be better compound and/or tyre carcass construction.
