The tread of this tire is very deep, and lasts a long time, but the rubber cracks EXTREMELY badly. I have two of these on my car, and they're 5 years old. The sidewall and even the TREAD area is so cracked, that I feel they're no longer safe. The tread on the outside corner looks as if it's actually separating from the tire. I have 2 Falken ziex installed on the car as well. They are a year newer, have less tread depth, but have nearly no cracking at all.
