The
Hyundai Getz has been built since
2002 and though it vanished from the European market in 2009 it is still being sold in other regions - for example in
South Korea. In our region it was replaced by the i20. The small car, which was offered with three or five doors was a good revenue provider for Hyundai - only the Tucson was more successful at its time. In 2005 there was a facelift and in 2006 the Getz Cross was introduced. This was a five door vehicle in off-road optics but without all-wheel drive. The technology of the Getz can be found in other models from
Hyundai and
Kia. The Hyundai Getz was available in three trims and with various motorization. Four air-bags and ABS were standard equipment. It achieved a four star rating in the Euro NCAP crash-test and shone, above all, with good child protection. You should also place great value on safety when selecting your
Hyundai Getz tyres. Depending on the quality and the state of the tyres the stopping distance, for example, can greatly differ. In an emergency good Hyundai Getz tyres can save lives. But the comfort in the form of rolling noise or the price also play a role in the buying decision. At
