Sport Maxx RT 2

A champion in grip and steering precision

A performance tyre with heightened levels of grip and precision

  • Enhanced cornering control in all road conditions*
  • Reduced braking distances, even at high speeds*
  • Superior steering control and road feedback*

  • Precise steering and road feedback

A streamlined coating and smaller diameter puts tyres closer to the road, for enhanced steering precision and more responsive feedback.

  • Shorter motorway braking distances

The carefully designed geometry of these tyres adds rigidity to the braking blocks, so you can stop in a shorter distance, even when driving at high speeds.

  • Maximised cornering grip

Enhanced contact between the tyres and road surface lends improved stability and strength, for tighter grip on corners in both wet and dry conditions.

Good tyres but not as good as the Michelin pilot sport 4. Will be going back to the sports.

I am a High mileage driver covering all roads day and night. This is a premium summer tyre made for dry grip and wet braking. Out of a budget , midrange and premium I’ve noted , the cheapest gives me around 6000 miles. The mid ranges cover around 12000 miles and premiums last around 18000 miles. In terms of grip it always has to be premium. These are also much quieter than budget tyres. I’ve covered 25000 miles of hard driving with these tyres and they still have around 3mm left. This is the second summer I’ve purchased these tyres. Good on price as well as grip
