WinterContact TS 860 S

Winter sport never felt this moving.

German engineered safety to enjoy sporty driving under all winter conditions.
  • Rely on excellent snow performance for outstanding driving pleasure.
  • Experience strong braking performance on snow.
  • Enjoy superb dry handling performance for the highest steering precision.
  • Benefit from exceptionally low rolling resistance for less fuel consumption.

When snow falls, you are better relying on excellent snow performance and a high level of driving pleasure. Its intelligent sipes and snow groove design enable tight interlocking with the surface and improved* traction and handling comfort. *In comparison to its predecessor

High winter safety always depends on strong braking performance. The WinterContact™ TS 860 S features a well-thought-out pattern design that makes you come to a stop immediately – no matter how powerful your car is.

Wider and bigger blocks on the outside shoulder enlarge the ground contact area and allow you to rely on full control and steering precision while cornering on dry wintry roads.

Due to its combination of an innovative compound and pattern, this tyre efficiently reduces* the rolling resistance for higher fuel savings – without compromising safety. *In comparison to its predecessor

A much more balanced and user friendly tyre than the Pirelli winters they replaced which were supplied by BMW. Less tramlining. More precise grip and steering yet also more comfortable ride. Unable to accurately comment on fuel consumption as I haven’t monitored it that closely. Snow use not really tested this winter in the UK so can’t comment with any true experience.
