When the Audi Q5 arrived on the market in 2008, it was supplied with a 240 horsepower petrol engine and two internal combustion engines. A year later, two other motors were added to the mix. The first edition of the Q5 boasted the seven-speed direct shift gearbox S-Tronic, capable of attending to up to 550Nm of brute torque. The 2012 facelift then resulted in visual alterations AND optimised motorisation, making the vehicle more powerful with lower demands on fuel. The SQ5 TFSI, which has been available since 2013, boasts 354 horsepower, while the SQ5 TDI diesel model is fitted with a biturbo engine and offers 313 horsepower.
