  1. Please order your replacement tyre(s) directly on so that you are mobile as quick as possible. Usually the replacement tyre(s) will be shipped within one business day directly to your preferred fitting partner. Please contact your fitting partner to arrange an appointment to replace the damaged tyre(s).
  2. Please notify the claim within 10 days via our online form: Claim declaration
  3. A police report is necessary in case of a damage caused by an act of vandalism.
