Do I need a password to order?
You do not require a password to order from us. After you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale, just leave the “e-mail” and “password” text fields blank and click on “To Step 2”.

How can I modify the number of tyres I ordered?
The default number of tyres selected in the order process is four. Should require a fewer or greater number of tyres, you can modify the number in the first step of the order process. All you need to do is click on "Change Quantity" and enter the required number.

How can I order more than one type of tyre at the same time?
You can order several different types of tyre by simply clicking on “Add to Cart” for each different type of tyre you wish to purchase from the choice available. Then click on “Shopping Cart” in the “My order” navigation bar where you will find a list of the all the tyres that you have placed in your cart so far.

How do I place an order with you?

How will I know if my Internet order has been received and processed?
Shortly after you have submitted you order you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. If you do not receive such a confirmation, then your order unfortunately did not get through to us. If this is the case, then please submit your order again.

I have accidentally ordered tyres that I do not require. What can I do?
If you have accidentally ordered tyres from us, of course we can cancel your order. We strive to make sure you are satisfied with every delivery from us, which is why you can return your purchased products within 30 days if necessary. This, in fact, exceeds the legally-required minumum of two weeks guaranteed returns period. Only customised and personalised goods can be excluded form the right to cancel. Goods that are produced after the customer has ordered them (for example because they are out of stock) can be returned in the framework of the right to cancel.

I’m not sure that my order has gone through correctly. What should I do?
If your order has been properly received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. This will include your order number and a confirmation of the goods ordered. If this is not the case, then please contact us by e-mail:

Is there any other way to order from you apart from over the Internet?
If you would rather not order over the Internet, the following options are available: call us free of charge on 0808 1891233 (Mon.–Fri. 7am-8pm), by post: Delticom AG, Orders, Brühlstraße 11, D-30169 Hanover, Germany. Please let us know exactly what type and make of tyre you require and how many you wish to purchase along with your preferred method of payment. We accept advance bank transfer and credit card payments (be sure to have the card details at hand if ordering by phone).

Why are some tyre products no longer advertised?
Due to supply shortages on behalf of the manufacturer, we sometimes have to temporarily remove products from our range. However, we can still take your order and will inform you as soon as the tyre is back in stock.
